I am not suprised that there are hardly very enthusiastic reviews of great running spots in Bucharest. There are no great running spots. Also most of Bucharesti people don't even think about to do something decadents as running for "fun"... If you, just like me, still are in the urge to run there is a park at the metro stop Piata Sudulu. This is a large car free, big communistic laid out terrain. Always at the center lane very crowded, but further away from the city and at the far side by the small lake you can meet other running fools (so you are still from Mars but it is bearable). Also, this park does not have lots of wild dogs. Oh, by the way, the air you breath is of a stunning low quality: for that, this park is much more preferable than other places.
