The central park in Bucharest may not be the worst place to run. You can find it centrally in the city centre near the metro station Izvor. The park is for sure very crowded and for that, it is not runable when the weather is good. In the winter however, and late in the evening, it is for sure the only place where you can do your thing. It is one of the few little lighted spots. The central axe is field and "No pedestrian" area, but again, very runable. So, have fun and enjoy this remarkable running place as a part of being there.
