If you are in Antwerp go to Brasschaat about 12 kilometers north. Here you have several parks and woods were you can run for hours. You can easily connect the different parks for a very long run. The "Peerdsbos" and the "Park van Brasschaat" are one big wood. Others like "de inslag", "de uitlegger" and "de mick" are connected by a channel with carfree borders.
