I don't think there are good areas to run in Nassau: the streets are narrow and during the day there is too much traffic. When there isn't, either really early in the morning or really late at night, the streets are not safe at all. One area that I recommend for running (if you must) is the area south of Montagu Heights and Queen Elizabeth Estates.
