For urban running try the Parc du Cinquantenaire, near the inner city and the headquarters of the European Union; the park includes green spaces, trees, statues and museums. Its perimeter gives a circuit of about 15 minutes, and the interior of the park (more distant from the noise of traffic) offers a variety of smaller circuits.
