The CSC Scania run course is more accurately described as a 1 mile loop. It is a dusty, irregular, graveled surface just inside the explosive barriers of the Camp. We have 5 and 10 kilometers, and even a 10 miler, simply scheduled as varying the numbers of loops. You do have the option of running clockwise or counterclockwise. There is an asphalt road down the center of Camp and along one wall that can provide intervals, each with maybe 2.5 blocks of flat straight surface. Also, the MWR area has good treadmills.
