Aubonne Arboretum, Vita Parcours. Drive to the top of Aubonne, heading towards the Signal de Bougy. Just before the Signal de Bougy turnoff there is a narrow road on the right going to the Arboretum. The road winds through the forest and then comes out into a wide valley. A few hundred meters further along you will find a small parking lot on the right. Leave your car there, and follow the path across the field down towards the forest. The Vita Parcourse is a marked loop, with wood chips for cushioning. A bit more than 2 kilometers long. Along the way you will see signs urging you to do various exercises. It is a great run on a hot day, as the entire run is in the shade of the forest, and part of it is along the Aubonne river (during high water you may see kayakers here).
