When you visit Ede and you are a runner, do not forget to take your shoes with you. You can choose several areas for hours of running: the woods (the Veluwe), the countryside, open fields or, of course, a city run. Ede is located between weadows, woods and countryside, so beautiful courses are always nearby. When you run in the woods you might meet deer, rabbits or a fox. One of my favourite courses: from the North/East of Ede via woods and heathfields (Koeweg) to some open fields called the Mossel (Plankenwambuisweg) and back again via woods, heathfields, weadows (Kreelseweg) and a bay (Kreelseplas) to Ede.
