It does not matter in which hotel you're staying. Just look towards the mountains and run in that direction. It's less than 5 miles and then you're between mountains you've never been before. You will see the lonely bedouin, foxes and all kinds of animal footprints. And there's no noise, none at all. It's a great experience and after that go for a wonderful scuba-dive.
