My favourite lunchtime route in Chiswick is along the Thames Path between Kew and Chiswick bridges. It is mapped here www.findajog.com/#route53. As mapped, the route starts in Chiswick Park and crosses Chiswick Road. I do not know of any changing facilities but if you are a member of Esporta you could change at the Chiswick Park branch.
