Depending on where you are staying, the best runs are off the main road which is narrow, badly lit and the fumes are dreadful. Just out of Nadi town, Denerau area is lovely, a 6km track follows the golf course and diverts to the marina. Out of town towards the airport, head down to Wailoaloa Beach past MacDonalds, a bit dusty but pretty once you get to the beach, lovely around sunset. Watch out for the wild dogs on the beach though.
