Marlay Park is five miles south of Dublin city centre and buses 47 and 48a will bring you close. DSD athletic club train there Saturdays and Sundays at 11 am meeting at the main car park gazebo with toilets and water nearby. A six mile loop on grass and trail is favoured with access to Three Rock mountain (650m) a synch.
