There are so many areas in Bahrain suitable for running: 1. Along the King Faisel Highway, 5 to 6 km easy route; 2. From Mina Salman Port to the Marina Club or you could go further to the King Faisal Highway passing through the Diplomat Hotel, Holiday Inn hotel, Regency Hotel, Central Market and back - nearly 7 km one way; 3. Around Awali - nice, clean, no traffic, nearly 7.5 km route.
