There are not any marked running routes in Barbados that I know of, but there are many beautiful routes along roads that you may choose from. Highway 1 extends along the west coast of the island and there are many attractions along the way. You may even prefer to leave the road and follow the course along the beach and run on the sand instead. If you prefer the challenge of including hills in your run, you might like to run around the University Hill area. My favourite route is the one that you can take across Prior Park main road and it takes you around to Holder's Hill. The most popular place to run in Barbados, I believe is the Garrison Savannah, when there are no horse racing activities going on.
