Actually in the northwest suburbs of Chicago is a beautiful 7.8 mile loop in a forest preserve surrounding a lake where you might see deer. Water and restrooms are available. Busse Woods touches four suburbs and is located at Route 72 (Higgins) and Route 53. Parking is available.
