The Gourmet Recipe

TAGLIATELLES AU SAUMON
Salmon with pasta

Ingredients for 6 runners: 6 salmon fillets, 1100-1200 grams; 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil; single cream, 2 dl; egg tagliatelle, 450 grams.

Sauté the salmon in the olive oil.
Warm two glasses of cream over gentle heat, but do not allow to boil. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle, draining the pasta while firm to the bite.
Lay the slices of salmon on the dinner plates and serve with the tagliatelle and the cream.
